The application takes natural language and converts it into artificial language. This is called Natural Language Understanding (NLU). Speech recognition systems are based on Hidden Markov Models (HMM). HMM do this by listening and breaking it down into small units (usually 10–20 milliseconds), then comparing it to a pre-recorded speech from our imported libraries.
If participants are from more than one geographic area, time zone differences are often ignored. Since multinational organizations have clients and employees across the globe, it is difficult to match everybody’s time zone and schedules. This leads to difficulty in organizing meetings.
